Vintage Dress Scott McClintock Women’s 14 Black Velvet Corset Satin USA Made

Excellent condition! The only flaw I can find is under the dress, at the very least bottom of the tulle, there is one small rip. Cannot be seen at all when wearing. (See photo). This dress has been well taken care of!!
