Soft, light and comfortable. This is a cute cropped tie back halter top that looks great with jeans, shorts or over a bikini top. I'm a size small typically but sized up. Has a lot of stretch, I wear a size C cup in bras. I personally wore it for a beach look, but could throw a button up shirt over it for a little more cover up. Used for a couple summers, in excellent condition! *Pit to pit is 13" not stretched *Center neckline to bottom hem is 9" *The back tie starts at 4" then tapers down as shown in picture. *Smocking allows good stretch and the ties have a lot of length so it has a lot of room to give but it is meant to be a cropped halter
