Vintage Union made Velvet Velour Hat Made In USA with Union Label Women’s VTG

VTG union made hat. The label looks to be from the 60s but I do not know the history of the hat. Definitely made in USA and union made label. The hat has velvet fabric and a wire brim. See photos.
