The two faces are connected at the mouth by a short strand of golden chain meant to emulate the famous spaghetti scene at Tony's Italian restaurant. Each of the 4 individual stud earrings comes with 2 styles of backing (see pictures). The set comes in a Baublebar box that has red hearts on it.
