Elegant Light Blue Halter Top/Mini Dress, you can wear it either way, depending on your shape and size. Has intricate beading of turquoise, pearls and gold beads that surrounds your neckline and ends in a V neck at the front. Ideal for summer events. Top worth more than what I’m asking for, I will accept reasonable offers. Never wore top, took tags off for a trip I was going on and ended up not wearing it. Then lost a-lot of weight and now too big to wear.
