These are pre-owned Steve Madden "Handout" Chelsea boots, size 8M. The boots feature black leather uppers with elastic side panels and fabric/PU lining. They have a pull tab at the back and a chunky, lugged sole. Visible imperfections include creasing on the leather and minor wear on the soles. The boots appear to be in good, functional condition.
