After 5pm, Pleated Dress

Very special Chic black dress with pleated skirt with a fancy flounce. Perfect for evening wear. The fabric is solid dark black with a nice shine and permanent pleats on the skirt. The bodice is shiny too, no pleats. At the waist is an attached sewn in belt, then the solid staps are velvet too but very solid and secure. Measurements- Bust-18.5" Waist-19.5 Length-43"
