This was the very first forever stamp. "The first such stamp was unveiled on March 26, 2007, and went on sale April 12, 2007, for 41 cents (US$0.41). Termed the "Liberty Bell" stamp, it was marked "USA FIRST-CLASS FOREVER".
The stamp was designed by Carl Herman of Carlsbad, California. The forever stamp will always be valid as first-class postage on standard envelopes weighing one ounce or less, regardless of any subsequent increases in the first-class rate. The stamp art depicts the liberty bell, which is perhaps the most prominent and recognizable symbol associated with American independence. The stamp art features a computer-generated image of the liberty bell by nationally acclaimed artist Tom Engeman of Brunswick, Maryland.
This listing is for five double-sided booklets of 20 self-stick Liberty Bell Forever stamps.
The Liberty Bell stamp is being issued as a Forever stamp. This Forever stamp will always be equal to the value of the current First-Class Mail one-ounce price.

@edward91101 I know we've had this discussion before, right? these are already marked down from $42, and we still don't take offers on our stamp listings, as it says in the description and in the photos.
