It is short sleeve, has colorful covered buttons up the front, one pocket on left chest . Both items have shoulder pads , can be easily removed by snipping threads in the blouse, but they are inside the lining of the jacket Made in the USA , paper garment tag , silky feel . Tag is discolored by age.
