Arc'teryx's Cala is an ideal dress for longer trips and as everyday wear. Cut fit and comfortable, it hits just above the knee and waist for a flattering, tailored fit. Two hidden snaps adjust that neckline, and one of the hand pockets contains a zippered security pocket for small valuables. The Diem polyester is soft and airy, has stretch stretch, dries quickly and resists wrinkles. The dress also has UPF 50+, the clothing equivalent of SPF, and cinches at the natural waist in the back — making it flattering on lots of body shapes — and it somehow manages to repel wrinkles and bad scents. Additional textile properties: quick-drying, quick moisture wicking, elastic It is not new and has some slight snags imperfection not noticeable but upon inspection pointing out. The fabric is forgiving to stand up to packing, traveling, and the outdoor elements.
