This is the complete rope n pulley package for easily lifting/hoisting your bike to the ceiling for out of the way storage. Purchased it new but never had the chance to install it before a shoulder injury stopped me from riding, so I sold my bike. Anyway, it's brand new/unused condition, I'm the first and only owner.
