Hello, I would be very grateful if you could send me the hip measurements from side seam to side seam laying flat. Does the skirt have a size 10 label and can you please confirm that the waist measurement is 15”?
My daughter has a size 8 which is a bit too small for her and the waist is measuring 15” so I want to confirm that this is officially a size 10 and a bit bigger than the one she has.
