2 Vintage Brooch Pins

These two vintage (I'd guess 60s or 70s) pins have similar backing design. Please see photos for measurements. One has blue "stones" that I'm fairly sure are plastic One has Green and Clear rhinestones that my gem tester confirmed aren't glass, so they might be plastic, also but are nice. Both are a lightweight metal. I'd guess tin for the one with the blue stones (it doesn't stick to a magnet). The one with the green stones does but not strongly.
