This is a pre-owned Universal Thread Goods Co. dress, size XL. The dress features a green, white, brown, and orange star pattern. It has thin straps and a smocked elastic top. The dress is a maxi length with a ruffled hem. The material is 100% cotton. There are no visible stains or tears. The dress appears to be in good condition. Approximately 19” armpit to armpit. I have toddler matching dress listed as well.
