Definitely well loved. One of my favorites but I got a new one. Some rips on the back but you can’t see while being worn. Also one of the clips is broken (seen in last pic) but it still clips of you plan to use it for hiking. Perfect for a kid that wants a North Face Backpack or Camping and Hiking. Large pocket with laptop pocket. Smaller pocket with spots for your phone, keys and anything else you may need
