NWT “Congrats Grad” Graduation Party Banner with Blue and Red Design

Dear Poshers, This listing is for a NWT Graduation banner that says “Congrats Grad” with some nice designs in red and blue. It is about ~65+ “X ~12”. Can be used on door or anywhere you’d like. Has hanging string and two gold grommets on the bottom. Great thing is it can be used over and over again since it does not have the year. Please Note: The edge cut is sharply done.
