NWOT Xirena Cotton Belted Dress

Such an amazing quality piece. Fell in love with it, but sadly a bit too big for me. Made of ethically sourced cotton fibres and is of exquisite quality. This dress is 100% cotton. Super lightweight with waffle effect. Boat neck. Two pockets incorporated in the sewing, frills at base of dress, elastic waist. Looks great with contrasting belt. Comes with matching white belt. (The scarf belt is not included) Can be easily dressed up with heels, blazer and jewelry or down with some sneakers and jean jacket. Length is 36” New, never been worn
