Previously Owned Burgundy Velvet Velour mini dress. Long Sleeved. Elastic at sleeves. Comfort wear. Perfect for a party. Has some stretch for comfort. There are string belt loops attached that can be cut off, if desired. A belt did not come with this when I bought this. Women's SIZE L. 93% Polyester/7% Spandex. Machine Wash/ Tumble Dry. Made in China. CONDITION--In VERY GOOD Condition. No stains or tears. MEASURED LAYING FLAT: Top to Bottom--33" Top to Waist--15" Waist--15" Sleeve Length--24" Underarm Width-18.5" ** When checking measurements, get a similar garment from your closet that you are happy with fit and lay flat. When measuring length( as long as not strapless), measure from where the top of the shoulder will lay. All the other measurements should be self- explanatory.
