-Red and black plaid mini Lip Service skirt with adjustable waistband -Size XXL but would most likely fit an XL better as it is short (size chart on Lip Service website says waist: 38In. and length: 12.75In.) -Super cute buckle detail as well as velcro on the waist to make it adjustable -Never worn but do not have the tags -Very sturdy and good quality!
