ngaffney7 @jennaki123 yes it has the strap. It is completely new. I received the bag as a gift but I’m more of a backpack person.

ngaffney7 @jennaki123 the luggage sleeve is on the back (second photo) it has a zipper on the bottom so you can use it as a pocket when you don’t want to thread it on top of a suitcase
