Call-out on this is the elastic on the arms is cut. Easy fix or take it out. I worn this once and cut the elastic cause it drove me nuts. Washed twice but still cute condition. Smocking all way around. PTP without stretching is 18" Body under smocking would go up to 32". No pockets Inseam 30" Soft
