Vintage 1990's Knee High Boots from 9 West size 9 Us Women's. Black manmade fabric outside- feels like a microfiber or neoprene. Thin, soft black fabric at lining. Seam running full front-center of boot. Square toe. Block Heel. Full zipper at back of leg. Elastic panel at top inside of leg.
