Ruffle Butts Baby Navy Floral Bloomers and Tights

Check out these super cute Ruffle Butts navy and floral bloomers with matching navy tights! The bloomers have elastic in the waist and legs. The tights have a sweet ruffle at the bottom of the legs. Both of these items are in excellent condition! They were probably worn two or three times for photos. The bloomers are 18-24 months and the tights are 12-24 months.
