Vintage 70s Alfred Shaheen Red Bell Sleeve Ruffle Neck Metallic Gold Detail Ruffle Neck Flounce Sleeve Maxi Dress VINTAGE Size 12. Made in USA. Style #555-16. Polyester Nylon blend. Only flaw found is shown on one sleeve. No belt. Flat lay measurements: Pit to pit 18.5” Waist 15” Hip 23” Top of shoulder to waist 16.5” Waist to bottom hem 42” V-neck, Hawaiian, Asian, sheer ruffle collar, semi-sheer long pleated angel sleeves, metallic gold white and silver brocade medallion print, natural waist, caftan , slightly a-line skirt.
