Gorgeous fitted Eloquii dress in a rich jewel-tone green hue is designed for elegant cocktails, a cruise, or a luau or Caribbean Islands feel. It says 14/16 but it definitely fits a size 10 or 12. See all the pix for measurements. The pit-to-pit says 17.5 but it’s very stretchy knit so should fit 38” chest at least, I’d say.
