Distressed Ingrid Low Waist Flare Jeans sz 28 flared citizens of humanity

Reposhing this item I purchased from @linabeana33. Loved it, but they are too small. The last 2 pictures were added to the original purchase to show the actual color. They are lighter blue. Approximate measurements (laying flat) are: Waist - 15-3/4" Rise - 8" Inseam - 31-1/2" I would consider these to be low rise. Questions? Leave a comment below!
