This bag is well used, but was a rehab project for me. I did a leather cleaning treatment, conditioning treatment, and polishing treatment. I did a wet cleaning treatment on the inside with baking soda stain removal mix. I also polished the hardware. FLAWS: leather is distressed and has marks, scratches, color loss, creasing, and scuffs. Hardware is scratched, inside has light staining, and a glob of nail polish that wouldnt come out, front pocket still has some crumbs/sand that have fallen deep into the seam and I couldn't get it with my vacuum. Noticeable scuff on front pocket edge. Strap shows wear and has some glazing chips.
