This is a LEGO Easter Bunny's Carrot House set number 40449. The set is 100% complete and contains 232 pieces. It has the instruction manual, but I no longer have the original box, so it does not come with the box. The set is overall in excellent condition with no stains, cracks, chips, breaks, etc.. The set is currently assembled, if you want it disassembled entirely, let me know and I can fully take it apart, so you can put it together from scratch. Otherwise I will pack it as best I can, but it is LEGO, so some piece may pop off during transit and you'll have to put them back on. Assembled the set measures approximately 6.25 inches Tall, 3.75 inches Wide and 3.75 inches Long. This comes from a smoke free and pet free home and will be packaged and shipped with great care.
