My husband wore this in rain storms in Michigan, on vacations thru out our years, boating the Great Lakes and here in central Florida during hurricanes and the worst of the worst flooding. Has marks but I did not pre treat for fear of removing color. Has the rubber like white lining in sleeves, hood and body back. Removable Hood, Vent holes, drawstring. See pics. No Smell.
