Is this xxl like a size 16 or 18?!waist is what size? 37 38 39 40 or 42?

@charlottewel284 It’s bigger than a size 16. More like a size 18. The waist is an elastic waist, so stretched open, it’s about 46”. But not stretched out and with the drawstring, it could be a 42” or less.
