Fabulous tribute to NEW YORK. Handmade in BALI with locally sourced materials, the beading on this is beautiful. Only a couple of tiny sequins missing as shown in photo. The rest of the beading is perfect. No size tag but honestly could fit nearly every size depending how oversized you’d like. Small faint mark on back pictured, but may well come out in the wash.
