Flounce v neckline blouse in a vintage floral print. With an elastic waist and wrist to pull in and define the body. Peplum hem. 3/4 sleeves. Airy and romantic ruffles. Viscose. Please note - there are places where it looks like the colors of the fabric ran. There is also a place on one sleeve ruffle where the hem has frayed. Approximate measurements: 15" chest, 21" length.
