The ruffles have one shiny side and one matte side to reflect light differently and enhance the vivid look. They are circle-cut with wire at edges to maintain structure and volume. Silicone tape inside upper edge, boning for support, and hook-and-eye fasteners at back. Supplied with adjustable, extra-narrow shoulder straps, with hooks for attaching. Mesh lining.
