1970s/80s Western Collection Fringe Cowgirl Skirt

Vintage 70s/80s Western Collection fringe skirt. Super fun western skirt. Has layered fringe all around with a matching studded belt. Zips and buttons on the back. Unsure of material, seems like possibly a cotton or cotton blend, but not 100%. Marked a size 10, would best fit a modern small, see measurements below. In good condition overall, there is a couple small white spots, nothing super noticeable. Also the belt is separating a little but can easily be fixed with some glue or belt can be replaced.
