This black dress with beautiful embroidery around the neck, the back, and the sleeves is new with tags attached. It has a slip under it because it is slightly see-through. It has two sets of ties at the neck and is just beautiful unfortunately it’s a little short for me because I am very tall And I have ugly legs. The dress is about 40” in the front and about 43” in the back. Really cute dress.
