Blue Halter Maxi Dress NWT size Large 100%cotton By Elan

Elegant blue halter maxi dress with a stylish slit. Perfect for any occasion. This is a boutique brand absolutely gorgeous 100% cotton maxi dress in a size large by the brand Elan. This has an open back and low cut in the front. There are 2 individual panels to cover each boob. The waist measures 14-18 with a bit more stretch but I don’t like maxing it out. There is a nice high slit in the front. The dress is held together by the same colour cording that ties the back and front. Best part are the fuzzy short cream accents which are front and back on the top of this dress. This was purchased at a local boutique and I just haven’t worn it.
