Approx: Shoulders: 15 1/2” side to side
Bust: (armpit to armpit) 19”+
Waist: 16” side to side
Overall Length: 48”
It does not have a belt. I was going to just wear it with a little leather belt. Bought it to wear to a wedding but it was a little small. In excellent, like new condition other than button and belt.
