Eci New York tunic dress. GREAT colors and beading! Sz 12, see pics​

🧡💚This dress is FUN AND FABULOUS! Great colors and beading. Tunic fit and large hem if you need extra length (see photo). Also check measurements please. Tag says size 12, but seems more like an 8-10. Some beadwork is loose but with all the colors and beading it is not noticeable. Cute V in back with beaded buttons. Festival Concert Event Colorful
