Venus plus size, black and white gingham open shoulder blouse with 3/4 sleeves. Sleeves are very flouncy allowing for a comfortable fit. No lining. Size 3X This blouse is a staple for the spring, summer. A little dressier for that special luncheon or dining alfresco. Can pair with shorts or capris for that put together look.
