cynthiasherm123 @nataliegus17 I cleaned the whole ring top bottom all around. Also, the ring is in very good use condition. There is no scrapes, and the bottom of the stone is in great condition.

cynthiasherm123 @nataliegus17 just got my servant cloth. I love it. It shines up sounds really well, but I will say do not use it on songs with multiple tiny sounds that are held in place by prongs because it popped two of my small stones out just another learning curve what not to use a lot but on everything else it’s wonderful

nataliegus17 Oh no... those prongs most likely were too thin and needed to be retipped- all prongs wear on top and the edge of the stones. Please take it to your local favorite jeweler to be inspected. often times the jeweler will look beyond just the broken prongs and see what else needs repaired. Make sure you get an Est to repair in advance of repair.
