Classic and feminine, vintage Gino Rossi satiny french blouse with pussycat bowtie at neck and covered buttons. There is not a fiber content label, but it feels like the classic polyester from that period. It is missing a button on one cuff, but I bet you could put a hook and eye where the top button on the blouse is, and put that button on the cuff! It is a very nice blouse from the 70s, in great condition! Armpit to armpit 18" Length from shoulder 23" Sleeves 23"

vintage_vampira @ellen_pop I don't think there is a fiber tag... I'll have to look again. But my guess is polyester.
