Marker Vest Blue Plaid Winter Jacket Small Like New!

Vibrant Marker vest offers a bright blue plaid with green and black accents. Only worn once or twice. It is like new! Two front zip pockets. Size small. See measurements taken, lying flat. The last two pictures shows a tiny spot on the back of the vest where the fabric is lighter. Not noticeable. I almost missed it. See last two pictures, at tip of pencil. Questions welcome.
