Is this still available and does the material have any stretch to it? My daughter is between a 2 and a 4.

@sheacorsetti it is still available. The corset back makes the top quite adjustable. It does feel like there is some stretch in the hip area, although not a ton. When my daughter bought this, she was trying on size 2 and size 4 dresses, depending on the brand.
