Linen Canary Yellow Tank with Detailed Collard Stitch

Beautiful bright yellow linen Tank top. It appears to be either vintage or handmade with delicate see-through design dpwn the collar. It is like the reverse of embroidery. (I with it knew what this was called. Anybody?) Wide tank shoulders with a slight tent top flair. Fabric beloved to be 100% cotton as linen feel.
