New navy softly pleated maxi skirt. Approx. 38" long. New, never worn. Zips up the back. Size 16. Black lining. Shell and lining are 100% polyester. Looks and feels like silk to me. I bought this from J.Crew. Waist label has "Point Sur". Fabric label has J.Crew U.K. Limited.
