Raw hem, black snaps, darts at back for shape. 69% polyester, 27% viscose, 3% cotton, 1% elastane. Beautiful condition with no flaws. Measurements laying flat: waist 16", hips 21", length 16". Pet friendly home, but this skirt is not their style. :-)
