Gorgeous Boho-Style Maxi Skirt. Has a Smocked Waist Band, a Decorative Self-Tie with Tassels, Mother of Pearl Buttons down the Front and a flirty opening where the buttons end. The skirt is longer in the back, creating a beautiful flowy effect. Single Tiered Hemline. Made of 100% Viscose. Marked a L, but this is Juniors Sizing and will fit an XS. My Dress Form is a Size 2 with a 25” waist but the waist on the skirt comfortably stretches up to another couple of inches. Length is 36”/40”. The skirt is unlined. NWT.
