Waterford Crystal started producing the finest quality hand cut crystal in Ireland in 1783. Rising production costs forced the company to move production overseas in 2009 but vintage pieces like this amazing LISMORE water glass can still be found. All pre-2000 pieces have the acid etched Waterford logo without the seahorse somewhere on them. The Lismore pattern is Waterford’s most popular and has been produced since 1952. This elegant hand cut water glass measures 6 7/8 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches wide. It is in excellent used condition with no chips or cracks but does have sime light scratches on the bottom. The Waterford logo is acid etched on the base (see photo) but is very difficult to see.
