The tag claims it's One Size, but it's Extra Small/Small. There is elastic across the back waist, but not across the front. Pay attention to the measurements below. The Headpiece is also tiny, with a soft netting veil. This was purchased as new, but came with a small hole in the bust overlay; I've sewn the overlay with about an inch of hand-sewing. It's also been washed. The sleeves have had the gold trim sewn back on; the trim separated from the sleeve with washing. The close-ups show where despite sewing, there are a couple spots where the fabric didn't get stitched to the trim.
