Gorgeous vintage Virgin of Guadalupe / Virgin Mary candle holder with holy water receptacle Hand made in Zihuatanejo & purchased during my early 90s Mexico travels Very little wear to paint & no cracks in plaster, just a few tiny superficial chips as shown in pics Incredible details include glass eyes and check out her amazing real "hair" lashes! Colors are vibrant - never displayed in a location with much UV light Small basin at bottom is adorned with roses & is intended to hold holy water (though I never filled it) Folded hands clasp a rose & form a spot for a standard taper candle Back is flat for hanging on the wall by the metal loop at top She measures about 12" high x 7" wide & projects 3" from the wall A really pretty piece of Catholic devotional art & a great example of Mexican handicrafts Packed with super extra care for safe arrival ⚡️Ships pronto!
